Polynesian - Grand Floridian Walkway Re-Opened The walkway that connects Disney's Polynesian Village Resort and Disney's Grand Floridian Resort and Spa has re-opened! With the completion of the construction of the Polynesian's new DVC Tower in December, the walkway that had at first been re-routed around the construction next to the busy road and then closed altogether is once again available. In this refreshed post that is part of my Walking at Walt Disney World Series, I show the entire route both ways in pictures with instructions. Disney Cruise Line Military Discounts Did you know that the Disney Cruise Line also offers Military Discounts? They Sure do! These discounts aren't offered all the time though. They are just for specific sailings and cabin types. And they are often available to book for a limited time. In fact, the list of availability changes every week! Disney updates the dates if needed on Mondays (as do we). Last month Disney stopped publishing prices on their website. They just publish the available dates for the military discounts now. You or your travel agent must call for prices.
